University of North Texas Health Science Center - Administrative Associate - Fitness Center Hourly
The Student Affairs Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire an Administrative Associate-Hourly to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:* Establish and maintain excellent customer service and client relations* Respond to suggestions, complaints, needs and interests in a timely manner* Assist in training and scheduling of Student Employees * Assist with the daily operations of the Fitness Center including equipment upkeep and cleanliness* Participate in fitness center promotional activities * Attend required department staff meetings and functions * Properly complete all related forms and paperwork * Maintain weekly office hours as instructed by supervisor* Some Weeknights and Weekend work may be required * Prepare and deliver weekly deposits* Run membership reports* Create student employee schedules* Maintain necessary website updates* Assist with organization and administration of group fitness program * Schedule group fitness instructors and personal trainers * Create flyers and newsletters* Communicate with members via emails, daily news and social media announcements* Other duties as assignedThe University of North Texas System is firmly committed to equal opportunity and does not permit - and takes actions to prevent - discrimination, harassment (including sexual violence), and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, family status, genetic information, citizenship or veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, and employment practices.
