Part-time live in 10 month staff, Resident Director Position available immediately through May 31, 2018 (which may be a renewed appointment).  The position is responsible for managing all functions of a residential complex of approximately 250-800 students and supervising a staff of undergraduate Resident Assistants (5-10). The Resident Director coordinates complex programs, serves in an on-call rotation, student conduct hearing officer, conducts weekly staff and supervisory meetings, responds to emergencies, and serves as a liaison between the Residence Life Office, Campus Operations (including Campus Safety), the Student Affairs Office, and other administrative areas as needed. Includes a partially furnished apartment and full meal plan when College is in session. 

Requirements: 

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, counseling, leadership studies or related field; and 1-3 years’ experience within residence life or student affairs.
