Job Description

Help Desk Support Manager
  • Required 10+ years of Help Desk experience managing 24 hours/day, 365 days/year Help Desk operations.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Systems Management Server, System Center Configuration Manager, Dameware, Hyena, Symantec Ghost
  • 2+ Years of experience in basic troubleshooting of mobile computing devices such as Tablet PCs, Notebook PCs, Blackberry devices, Android devices, Apple devices.
  • 2+ Years of experience in Experience with Juniper VPN or similar VPN program.
  • 2+ Years of experience in Experience using remote support tools such as Dameware or Hyena.
  • Must have 6 months of experience working with and troubleshooting thin/ Zero client solutions such as Clinical Desktop Program.
  • CompTIA Security+CE required at the time of hire.

Certifications and education:
  • Current Security+ CE (enrolled in CEP) Certification required. Information Assurance Training (IAT) Level I requirements as outlined in the Information Assurance/ Cyber Security Workforce Improvement Program, as outlined in DoD 8570.01-M (and future iterations).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is required.
  • Windows 7 Certification
