Unit Job Summary: The Research Professional will closely collaborate with faculty members Oleg Urminsky, Dan Bartels and Abby Sussman on a number of new and ongoing projects in behavioral science, psychology and marketing, with a focus on consumer financial decision making. The emphasis will be on the management and analysis of research studies conducted online, in the research lab and in field settings. The position is expected to last at least one year. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Design complex web-based surveys including programming, developing, testing and implementation of online studies. Collecting, cleaning, coding, and analyzing complex data from large economic data sets, as well as writing up results. Perform literature reviews and compile citations.

Unit Education: Bachelor's degree by start date required.

Unit Experience: At least one year of relevant research experience required.

Unit Job Function Competencies: Strong computer skills including programming, required. Strong data-analysis background required. Ability to work independently to solve problems required. Long-term interest in pursuing research in marketing, psychology, or behavioral economics required. Background in experimental research preferred.
