Posting Information: The School of Accounting, Finance, Information Systems and Business Law invites applications for a tenure track position in finance for Fall 2017 at the Assistant Professor level. Preference will be given to those with experience teaching finance. A Ph.D. in finance or related field is required. Applicants who are ABD with a fixed dissertation defense date on or before December 31, 2017 will be considered. The normal teaching load is three courses (nine credit hours) per semester, with the possibility of some teaching responsibilities using on-line methodologies. The teaching load will include courses in corporate finance and financial planning. A commitment to active engagement with professionals in the regional business community is expected. Scholarship should pertain to the areas of teaching.
