Assistant or Associate Professor - Doctor in Nursing Program
The University of Mary Hardin Baylor’s Scott and White College of Nursing seeks qualified nursing faculty for its Doctor of Nursing program, beginning Fall 2017. This is a tenure track position with initial appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with experience. UMHB seeks faculty who are active Christians and dedicated teacher-scholars to prepare students for leadership, service, and faith-informed discernment in a global society.

Faculty Responsibilities: Activities required of all faculty include exemplary teaching and service to department, college, and university.
Specific Responsibilities: Teach doctoral-level courses in nursing. The teaching load is typically 9 hours per semester graduate courses with three course preparations. Assistance with DNP projects is required.
Qualifications: A doctoral degree in nursing, practice is required. Additionally, a Master’s degree in Nursing and Texas APRN licensure is required. Excellent teaching and communication skills, a dedication to professional attainment, and commitment to quality improvement are essential. Must be an active, and committed Christian.
