Warrior Success Center Director
As our Director, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, direction, and assessment of all activities of the Warrior Success Center, a comprehensive student success center providing programs and services such as retention intervention, intrusive advising for at-risk students, career development services, tutoring and academic support services, access services for students with disabilities, and academic warning and suspension intervention and appeals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing leadership for university-wide functions such as New Student Registration, Orientation Welcome Week and the Orientation 100 course. As the Director, you will be working closely with the Director of Admissions and the Warrior Hub to provide seamless enrollment services, including working collaboratively with other student life directors under the direction of the VP for Enrollment Management and Student Life.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a Masters' degree in Counseling, Student Personnel, Higher Education, or related field and five years of experience directly supervising a team of professionals in a higher education setting that provides student success and retention services.
