Senior Business Analyst (No third party agencies or recruiters please)

This role is not for the ordinary or mediocre- we are on the search for a serious Business Analyst who creates requirements specifications, analyzes requirements, facilitates elicitation sessions, and gets stakeholders involved at the right times and in the right ways to keep everything moving.
OneSpring is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as we are launching a second project phase in Alexandria, VA starting in September. As Business Analyst, you will perform analysis of client and end-user needs by eliciting, validating, and documenting requirements within an Enterprise Agile program. The right candidate will have 5 years of solid experience who can share their story how they've lead client meetings, extensive knowledge around requirement gathering and ability to proactively problem solve. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the requirements process within their multi-disciplinary team and managing all tasks associated within an Agile Scrum process. Basic knowledge and skills in Visualization and/or User Experience Design is a definite plus.
- Government experience preferred
- Qualified candidates must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance

- User Experience Design (e.g. wire frames, mock-ups, site maps, etc.)
- Requirements visualization
- MS Office
- MS Visio
- Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Visualization Tools (e.g. Justinmind Prototyper Pro, Axure, iRise, or Protoshare)
4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent area.
