Director, Student Support Services
Doane University seeks a well-qualified candidate to serve as Director of our federally funded Student Support Services (SSS) program within our Academic Success Center. Doane's SSS program has a track record of success of over 20 years. The successful candidate will serve as the institutional liaison with the Department of Education, managing the budget, student intake, programming, personnel, assessment and reporting in compliance with federal guidelines and in support of Doane's educational mission. The successful candidate will have a doctorate or masters degree in curriculum and instruction, development studies, counseling, educational administration or a related field. Experience with managing post-secondary academic support programs and training in learning strategies, stress management or testing and measurement preferred. Strong preference will be given to a candidate with experience directing TRIO programs or projects.
