Unemployed Means An Open Door, Not A Closed One!
Are you currently receiving unemployment benefits?
If you answer "yes", then read on as this program is designed only for you.
Employers right now have the ability to look for the "perfect candidate" when hiring. If you lack computer skills of any kind you will not be able to compete against other job seekers. You must seize the moment and turn that disadvantage into your advantage.
The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) provides increased flexibility for State and local officials to establish broad-based labor market systems using Federal job training funds for dislocated workers. With this increased flexibility comes challenges and opportunities for organized labor. While the act did not "block grant" all training programs (as some state advocates had hoped), the law mandates coordination among a range of federal job training programs, including the Employment Service, adult education and literacy programs, welfare-to-work, vocational education and vocational rehabilitation. WIA's goal is to provide workforce development services to employers and workers through a universally accessible, information-driven, one-stop career center system.
If you are unemployed and currently receiving unemployment compensation then you could be eligible for Federal "Re-training" dollars. At the very least, you would add another skill to your marketability and further enhance your resume and job seeking skills.
Simple, send us your current resume and a representative will contact you by phone. During that phone call, we will do an assessment to get a better idea if you would qualify. You must be unemployed and be receiving unemployment checks to qualify. If you are interested in moving forward, we will set up a time for you to visit our facility and give you the rest of the information.
The phone call lasts 5 to 15 minutes tops.
The visit to our facility last 30 to 45 minutes tops.
So ask yourself, "Can I afford one hour to take control of my employment situation?" If you answer "yes", send me your resume NOW!
