Job Description

This position is for a fast-paced, full-service financial planning firm that covers the full spectrum of financial products offered to a broad and diverse client base. This position will initially work with 1-2 advisors, however, over time, this Assistant will work with all advisors in the firm and will be expected to be able to service any client inquiry or advisor request with respect to processing.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience with Securities America and/or National Financial Services is a plus, but not required.
  • Customer service skills, initiative, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, recognition of prioritizations, and competency with all current office technologies are presumed.
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable as to a multitude of financial products.
