Concurrent Enrollment (CEPA) Coordinator, Colorado Mountain College
Hiring Salary Range: $23.22 - $25.81 Non Exempt

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a team player with a passion for providing college pathways for all high school students and an entrepreneurial spirit for seeing that goal realized.
The CEPA Coordinator works in support of the Concurrent Enrollment program, supporting the partnership between the local school districts and CMC campuses. Responsibilities include building relationships with school district personnel, coordinating all functions of the CEPA program between the local school districts and CMC, identifying concurrent enrollment opportunities for students, coordinate enrollment and testing, and related duties.
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to working in a culturally competent environment and the ability to effectively work with students, employees, and community members having diverse backgrounds.
Bilingual or conversational Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.
Education and Experience: A combination of formal education and relevant experience necessary to perform the rigors of the position, such as a Bachelor's and two years related experience, or other relevant combination of education and experience.
Special Skills or abilities directly applicable to the position: knowledge of concurrent enrollment programs, placement procedures and requirements, local high school and college operations desired. Knowledge of current office practices, procedures and equipment; basic technology applications; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties; experience with organizing and coordinating events; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; computer skills and proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Office.
