Job description

Duties: Under direct supervision, carry out customer service, administrative and clerical duties. Answer Clinical Affairs telephones. Handle complex and confidential information. Triage patient complaints and problems via telephone and walk in. Create mail and maintain all correspondence filed for the Office of Clinical Affairs. Provide documentation, handouts and announcements for students, faculty and staff as directed. Schedule and plan meetings, rooms, arrange lunches, maintain and disseminate information. Purchase and maintain office supplies, machines and specialty administrative material relative to clinics, students, dentists and patient records. Assist in preparation for the Northeast Region Board Examinations (CDCA). Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous experience working in a academic setting or clinical environment is preferred. Superior and effective customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office. Excellent WORD and EXCEL skills required. Strong organizational skills a must, sound judgment and detail oriented. Also preferred knowledge of canvas and exam soft preferred skills.
