The Department of Environmental Sciences in collaboration with the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia seeks a research associate to work in the field of water security, water-food nexus, economics of water, and environmental impacts of human appropriation of freshwater resources, with a focus on the competing uses of freshwater resources by ecosystems and society.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences, Economics, Political Science, Environmental Engineering, Earth Science, Architecture or related fields by appointment start date.
A demonstrated record of research in areas relevant to this position is preferred.
