General Description of Position:
Provides administrative support by composing office correspondence and reports for the Chapman Center. Proofs and edits correspondences written by the Exec and Research Director of the Chapman Center.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Knowledge of budget and accounting procedures, Office 2010, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver or other publishing software.
