Seeking a responsible, motivated and enthusiastic individual with aspirations to grow within the firm. This staff member will prepare and manage bookkeeping, company databases, and client correspondence. In time, this individual will have the opportunity to evolve and expand their role within the company.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
-Data entry in Quick Books
-Secretarial & Correspondence with clients
-Generating/maintaining records and invoicing
Requirements: 1-3 years of related experience. Four year college degree preferred.
