ISD received funding for fiscal 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 for projects to build an Asset Management System and Customer Service Process and Tools. RFP 1827 was published December 20, 2013, http://isd.smcgov.org/rfp-1827-information-technology-service-management-itsm-system, to solicit proposals to build a new ITSM solution for the County of San Mateo.
Request a Project Manager to work with selected Service Integrator to utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles to build a tool to service ISD for areas including Request Fulfillment, Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management. Project Manager must have experience leading more than one ServiceNow deployment and have PMP certification.
