Group# 1 SERVICE GROUP- IT Strategic Plan

Background information
San Mateo County's Human Services (HSA) Agency is looking to develop an Information Technology Strategic Plan for the next 3-5 years. With the advent of the Affordable Care Act and other legislative changes, HSA would like to develop a plan that will guide its technology acquisition, deployment and staffing.

Services requested
The purpose of this engagement is to obtain professional services that will provide detailed identification, documentation, and analysis of HSA's existing information systems, existing required information products, existing data sources, and current organizational structure and composition.

Analyze this information to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for potential integration between systems, recommendations for new or emerging technologies, potential changes in information systems, and suggestion in organizational structure that will all demonstrate strategic guidance to facilitate information sharing, cooperation, collaboration, efficiency, database integration, ease in public access, and the agency's enterprise information systems.
