Duties: Under limited supervision, provide complex administrative and project management support requiring initiative and judgement for the Vice Provost for University Life as well as other divisional staff as needed. Process payroll and other financial transactions and provide back-up support on central office management and divisional personnel issues. Position reports to the Vice Provost for University Life and the Chief of Staff.

Qualifications: High School Graduate required, A Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Solid computer skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Experience working with University financial systems as well as knowledge of relevant University policies and procedures a plus. Ability to work effectively with diverse constituents and to function productively as a team member within a busy setting required. Previous experience managing calendar for executive level staff strongly preferred. Self-motivation and ability to prioritize required.
