Duties: The position provides administrative support for the Vice Dean of Finance and Administration and all School central services which report to Vice Dean. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of Budget & Finance and will interface regularly with departments and offices within the school and the university more broadly.

This position is responsible for managing the calendar for the Vice Dean; arranging and confirming group/committee meetings for all of central services; planning and implementing Division (Budget and Finance) projects and activities with one or more designees. Prepare materials and reports for Budget Office; process travel and other budget-related forms; order supplies, manage smooth functioning of equipment, space (meeting spaces) for Central Services-related activity. Oversee and maintain confidential financial and personnel files, and therefore is required to carry out duties with utmost confidentiality. The operational responsibilities include preparing and processing purchasing card requests and Purchasing Orders in Ben Financials for the Central Administration. Prepare occasional expense reports in Concur/TEM. Prepare materials for meetings, assist with preparing reports and write correspondence representing the VD and Central Administration. As directed review and edit presentation materials and assist in facilitating meeting presentations.

Position may be required at times to hand carry documents to other schools/centers on campus.

Qualifications: HS diploma and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's preferred.

Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; a confident and professional demeanor; strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
