Job Description

The role of this position is to provide high quality software support for our clients. The ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and remedy problems is essential to the position. Software Support technicians will also be required to QA, install, configure, document, and train on our software.

The position also opens the door to other positions within our company such as Project Manager. Project Management involves the ability to implement software solutions and coordinate project goals with the different levels of businesses. Travel is required for the project management position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Must be a fast learner and quickly understand concepts and scenarios
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
