Executive Health Physician
West Virginia University Medicine announces an opening for a General Internal Medicine physician with the Department of Executive Health and Department of Medicine. The Executive Health Program provides comprehensive and convenient personalized health care in a patient centered environment. This position will focus primarily on outpatient primary care with an emphasis on wellness and disease prevention. WVU Medicine and The Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center have a full complement of academic programs in clinical and basic sciences. All subspecialties are available for consultation within the clinic and hospital. The physician will provide leadership and management input of operational issues that involve Executive Health staff and patient care.
Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited internal medicine residency program.
