Unit Job Summary: The Program Coordinator manages various aspects of recruitment & admissions, registration & enrollment, program and student tracking processes for assigned programs. These activities may include: - Communicate with prospective and current students - Initiate regular communications on list hosts and social media - With guidance from the Director and Program Managers, assist with various course management activities, such as the preparation of course materials and online course sites in the learning management system - Assist with data entry and the generation of reports from the enrollment management system The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this job. Unit Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Unit Experience: - 1+ years in higher education administration - Competence with using databases and spreadsheets - Familiarity with enrollment management systems - Familiarity with online learning and/or learning management systems
