The Teacher Education & Administration Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator I to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:* Non-routine administrative support for a unit within a department that includes budget tracking and reporting (larger, more varied accounts), purchasing, travel, correspondence, data compilation, reporting, calendaring/scheduling, website maintenance and property control functions. * Providing administrative support functions to departments and/or programs that have varying needs based on the nature of specialization. Position has more ownership of processes, with increased authority for decision making. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions, including some where only limited standardization exists. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and three years of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
