Basic Fuction:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission, Systems and Operations , the Operations Assistant is responsible for providing operational, systems and front office support to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.Minimum Qualification:
Any combination equivalent to: Two years of college-level coursework in business, education, or related area and one year of responsible administrative, secretarial, or clerical support experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in student service and/or admission office setting

Experience working with a database system, CRM, or SIS and document imaging.

Bachelors Degree
