Salary and Hours Work Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $2,539.00 - $4,120.00 Monthly Job Summary Under the lead work direction of the Administrative Analyst Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for providing front office reception support for the College of Education Dean's Office. The incumbent in the position performs clerical tasks requiring the ability to organize a variety of materials and disseminate information to faculty, staff, and students. The incumbent must be able to maintain the confidentiality of materials and work well under pressure, while performing a variety of tasks independently, as well as complete tasks in a heavy traffic office, with frequent interruptions and deadline pressures.

For more information on the comprehensive benefits package offered by the University visit: Minimum Qualifications Entry to this classification requires fundamental written and oral communication skills, including a sound foundation in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; an ability to understand standard office procedure; an ability to operate standard office equipment; an ability to learn office technology systems; an ability to perform arithmetic calculations; and typing and keyboard skills.

These entry qualifications would normally be obtained through completion of a high school program or its equivalent and some experience in an office environment. Required Qualifications Experience:
1. Experience performing reception, clerical or administrative support duties in an office environment

2. Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly via telephone, email and in-person
3. Ability to provide excellent customer service to diverse groups and individuals
4. Fluency in using standard office software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
5. Ability to use Adobe Acrobat Pro
6. Organizational skills (e.g. maintain files, documents, other information routing systems)
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
9. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with frequent interruptions Preferred Qualifications 10. Knowledge of College of Education programs and other campus units
11.
