The Summer Enrichment Program in the Curry School of Education seeks qualified applicants for the SEP Program Administrator. The Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) in the Curry School of Education offers school-age children grades K-11 academic classes on five Saturdays in the winter and a six week residential camp in the summer.
The SEP Program Administrator works with the SEP team to manage the Summer and Winter programs. The incumbent is responsible for the administration of the SEP program including, communication with constituents, management of the application and admission process, website maintenance, budget creation and management, and the hiring of staff and student wage employees.
This is a restricted position and continuation is dependent upon satisfactory performance and the availability of funding.
A Bachelor's Degree is required as is at least three years of experience in program administration including budgeting. The ability to act professionally with a diverse group of internal and external constituents is required as is the ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication are also required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet multiple timelines are essential. Knowledge of Word and Excel is a must. Experience in administering residential programs for middle and or high school students is strongly preferred. Experience with Microsoft Access and website content management software is also preferred.
This is a 20 hour per week salaried position from August to April and a 40 hour per week salaried position from May to July.
