Duties: The Associate Director of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Center works with undergraduate, graduate, and professional students one-on-one as well as advises the Center's affiliated student groups. The Associate Director also plans, executes, and evaluates programs in collaboration with students and campus partners and will provide trainings, as needed. Additionally, the Associate Director manages all aspects of the Center's website, social media, and technology, assists the director in resource creation and dissemination, and handles petty cash, receipts, and reimbursements.

Qualifications: BA/BS required; MS preferred, preferably in education, counseling, social work, gender studies, or related fields plus two to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with LGBTQ+ communities, preferably in a campus setting. Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite and comfort with social media. Demonstrated understanding of the complex issues surrounding gender and sexual minorities, intersectionality, and college- and graduate student-age populations. Experience advising students and student groups as well as creating and implementing programming. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with student, faculty, and administrative partners. Strong oral, written, and technological skills. Position will require some evening and possibly weekend work.
