Job Description

We are a fast growing paper and printing company in Maryland Heights looking for an energetic friendly person to perform accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll and general ledger.

Some of the duties include -
  • Invoicing
  • Posting cash
  • Running credit cards
  • Entering bills
  • Printing checks
  • Taking physical inventory & reconciling
  • Preparing weekly payroll
  • Paying payroll taxes and preparing quarterly reports
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Collecting tax exemption certficates
  • Review and approve credit applications
  • Collect past due accounts
  • Assist in answering phones
  • Taking basic orders by phone from customers
  • Daily production reports
  • Assist in Year End closing
  • Various projects assigned by owner

Skills needed -
  • Good basic math skills
  • Be fast and accurate
  • A quick learner
  • Ability to work alone and with others
  • Excel knowledge helpful

Education -
  • Prefer at least an Associates degree in business or accounting with some work experience or
  • Bachelor Degree in business with a major in accounting
