Education may be substituted for development experience as follows: Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science or Geography, or in any discipline, but with specialization in GIS technology, may substitute for two (2) years of analyst experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Geography, or in any discipline but with specialization in GIS technology, may substitute for one (1) year of analyst experience.
