The part-time Institutional Effectiveness Administrative Assistant provides clerical and technical support to the Institutional Effectiveness unit including maintaining administrative systems, being knowledgeable of college procedures and policies, and assisting the Dean in monitoring administrative projects. The position reports to the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities include:

Coordinate and manage the administrative systems, processes and policies or all staff in the Institutional Effectiveness unit.

Perform general office functions including filing, copying, grant routing, answering phones and other errands for the department.

Perform typing, word processing and data entry as needed.

Assist with report development, formatting and revision.

Maintain the Dean's calendar and assist with the coordination, communication and setup for meetings, events and activities. Create agendas, schedule
rooms and media equipment, take minutes, and other tasks as requested.

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to maintain daily department operations (i.e. Finance, IT, Purchasing).

Assist with department record-keeping and documentation, as well as the on-going maintenance of records for the department and the Title V grant.

Review and revise all department materials for accuracy and adherence to established college style and formatting guidelines.

Maintain accurate attendance records for the department.
