Our Expectations: The selected faculty member will teach a total of six courses during the academic year at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Research, especially leading to publication in high quality refereed journals, is expected, supported, and encouraged.

    Position Requirements

  • Qualifications: To be considered, applicants must have a Ph.D. and at least one degree (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.) in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research. The ideal applicant will have a PhD in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research with an MBA, or PhD in Operations Management with an MSIE/OR. We are most interested in candidates who can tie their research to areas including healthcare, analytics, human factors, supply chain management and logistics, and performance analysis. Teaching experience in data analytics, engineering economics, healthcare, and human factors are especially valued. Related business and teaching experience is preferred, as is successful evidence of scholarship.
