Usual Duties: Ensures administrative and support units throughout the university can increase effectiveness by engaging in meaningful self-assessment, utilizing results to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement. The work performed enhances institutional effectiveness and accountability to its stakeholders and accrediting bodies.
Other Requirements for the Position: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree would be helpful. Six years experience working in a higher education setting with substantial experience in institutional program review, assessment and evaluation. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
