Academic Affairs Fiscal Manager will be responsible for fiscal management and budget oversight for various cost centers within Academic Affairs, administer the annual budget development process and budget maintenance activities for all vice provost areas, and the Office of Diversity and the Graduate College. This position will also manage and report on fiscal operations of assigned units, prepare budget, enter data in system, perform accounting duties, process journal entries, and conduct audits as necessary. This position will also keep department heads apprised on financial matters, provide advice on budget planning, and perform other related duties as required. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field is required.
