English:  Visiting Assistant Professor in Poetry to teach and develop traditional and online undergraduate and graduate creative writing courses and provide service to the department and university.  Typical load is three courses/semester.  The department hosts a strong cohort of faculty in creative writing and offers the BA and the MFA.  For more information, see www.miamioh.edu/english.  Require: MFA or PhD by date of appointment; continuing record of creative achievement; demonstrated excellence in the teaching of creative writing. 

Miami University will not sponsor for H1B work authorization for the 2017-18 year. 

Desired: experience teaching online courses and additional specialization in fiction.
