General Summary:

Provide administrative management, development, and leadership for a highly specialized and complex sponsored-project(s) and its related activities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct all research needs of project and assure research activities are consistent with the proposal as written.

Manage budget operations, reporting and related record keeping requirements.

Develop and implement training programs for staff, public agencies and/or other involved constituents.

Direct and coordinate the preparation of educational materials, publications and outreach efforts.

Coordinate the development of specialized assessment instruments and documentation procedures.

Manage and implement procedures for the collection, dissemination and evaluation of information, in accordance with project requirements.

Plan and implement model programs and related grant projects.

Prepare research and financial reports to funding agency(s).

Participate on multidisciplinary teams to develop proposals for sponsored projects.

Perform related duties as necessary. Qualifications:
Knowledge of project development, grant funding, and technical assistance, research design, and execution and control of research studies typically acquired through the completion of a Master's degree, a PhD is preferred.

Experience using of David P. Weikart's Youth Program Intervention model, tools, and assessments. Knowledge of EzReports software and K-12 school data collection and analysis. Demonstrated ability to generate data reports to meet sponsored project requirements, to inform internal and external stakeholders, and aid in continuous program improvement.

A minimum of three years of related work experience is necessary.

Additional qualifications, specialized skills and/or experience in the area of assignment may be necessary as indicated by the Hiring Authority.
