Duties: The Business Administrator will act as the primary financial officer for the Center for Leadership and Change Management, the Lipman Family Prize, and the Center for Human Resources. This position will assume full budget responsibility and will provide financial analysis and forecasting for the purpose of providing direction, support, and making recommendations for the use of general and restricted funds/grants in accordance with University policy and donor stipulations. This position will also take direct responsibility for payroll for all regular and full time staff; facilitate relationships with corporate sponsors, clients, funding agencies, and Prize winners and finalists; manage daily financial operations for the Center for Leadership and Change Management, the Center for Human Resources, and the Lipman Family Prize; serve as back-up to the senior Business Administrator and Financial Coordinator as needed; and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Working knowledge of UMIS/Pennworks, Ben Financials including general ledger and journal entry applications; Hyperion Cloud, Business Objects, Concur, and Penn ERA is strongly preferred. Excellent computer skills and attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks is preferred; must be flexible and able to work as a team as well as independently.
Thorough knowledge of HR/Financial policies and procedures also strongly preferred.
