Posting Summary:
The Curry School of Education seeks highly qualified applicants for a newly created Motivate Lab Project Coordinator position.The Motivate Lab Project Coordinator works with the Principle Investigator and other project staff to support and develop standard lab operating procedures and communications. S/He will work with CASTL staff to ensure that the needs of the Motivate Lab and its projects are carried out. This includes: budget and finance (including reconciliation), research administration, procurement and accounts payable, space and facilities, administration, human resources, and external communications.

A bachelor's degree is required. At least four years of project coordination experience, including tracking timelines, establishing communication and project protocols, and resourcing projects is required. Strong knowledge of organizational policy and procedures is essential. Working knowledge of project management is required. A proven ability to analyze and present information and provide advice is essential. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
