Veterinary Client Services ManagerJob Description:
The Client Service Manager for the University of Florida's Veterinary Hospitals is responsible for the overall operations of client services.
- This includes creating a culture focused on high quality client care across all interactions regarding client services and client care ranging from one-on-one communications with external and internal clients, referral veterinarians, staff and volunteers.
- The candidate will have direct reports throughout client services to assist with oversight of employees and obtaining the goals of the hospital.
- The candidate will oversee training of staff and will be point of contact with other staff, students and clinicians to answer Client Services questions.
- The candidate should have great communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Commensurate with experience.Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Customer Service and Veterinary Medicine is preferred.Special Instructions to Applicants:
