Miami Regionals seeks an innovative, visionary and dynamic Regional Director of Career Services and Professional Development who will support students and alumni by providing overall management of career development programs and services. Reporting to the Regional Assistant Dean of Academic Success, the Regional Director is responsible for providing resources and opportunities to encourage career explorations and networking, off-campus experiences/internships, self-assessment, and success during and after student degree attainment. Successful candidates will possess the ability to build intercultural understanding and demonstrate perspectives that foster an inclusive community. The Director works closely with aligned offices to serve the broad educational goals and mission of Miami Regionals. This is a regional, full-time, 12-month, exempt position.


Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Higher Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
