Duties: Provide high-level administrative, logistical, and technical support for the daily operations of the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) while utilizing advanced learning and administrative management systems to further advance the School's innovation efforts. The Sr. Coordinator must track budgets, and interact with faculty and students on a daily basis. This position will ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively. This person must be able to work collaboratively with other offices and fellow coordinators and managers. This individual must be able to multitask, present a professional presence, and have an effective communication style.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) and have the ability to effectively multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and HTML is required. Experience with E*Value, axiUm, and/or Banner and with innovative educational technology platforms, including Canvas or Mediasite, is preferred. The position will also serve as a primary liaison between the Office of Academic Affairs and Offices for Student Life and Admissions.
