Job Summary: Under the direction of the Managing Director and working with the Production and Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for the supervision, coordination and maintenance of Theatre Conservatory facilities at 218 S. Wabash Ave. and serves as production manager for Miller Studio Theatre performances. Duties include oversight of front of house operations and coordination and safety of productions, cast, crew, facilities and equipment.

Working Hours:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: A bachelors degree in related field. 2 + years previous production experience is required. Must have developed inter-personal skills with an ability to work with a wide array of individuals, including students, faculty, staff and artists. A bachelor's degree in a related field. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by embodying Roosevelt's core values, mission, and vision in every aspect of the role working with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. A positive and professional demeanor is a must. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. #CB

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a university environment desired.
