University of North Texas - Administrative Specialist III
The Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Administrative Specialist III to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:*Serves as backup for the Reception County*Performs office secretarial / clerical duties in support of the two Clinical Directors*Maintains student clinical clock hours records*Coordinates correspondence with off-site internship, externship, and residency sites*Assists Clinical Directors with clinic room scheduling and usage, and fields questions about schedules*Maintains student HIPAA, CHC, and other clinic-related student files*Generates reports for Clinical Directors*Identifies ways to improve business office operations and communicates those to the Center director and department chairThe University of North Texas System is firmly committed to equal opportunity and does not permit - and takes actions to prevent - discrimination, harassment (including sexual violence), and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, family status, genetic information, citizenship or veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, and employment practices. The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent and three years of general office or clerical experience. Substitution of education for experience allowed.
