* This posting is an hourly position and is non-benefits eligible.The department of Toulouse Graduate School is seeking to hire a Non-Student Hourly support position to assist their team. This position will be the first point of contact with the university community, students, and outside agencies. The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent and one year of general office or clerical experience. Substitution of education for experience allowed. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:* Skill in evaluating facts or situation to route calls/customers appropriately.* Skill in telephone etiquette and courteous communications with public.* Skill in basic office procedures.* Skill in the use of personal computer/software.* Skill in the operation of a variety of office machines including, personal computers, telephones and copiers.* Skill in basic filing and recordkeeping.
