* This posting is a part-time hourly position and is non-benefits eligible.The department of Toulouse Graduate School is seeking to hire a Non-Student Hourly support position to assist their team. This position serves as support staff for degree plan processing, updating/verification, and graduation of all master's and doctoral students at the University of North Texas. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:* Assisting with checking-in of master's and doctoral degree plans, degree plan changes, revised degree plans, updating all master's and doctoral degree plans. * Reviewing and processing miscellaneous student forms received. Assist with the evaluation, approval or disapproval of applications for graduation for master's and doctoral candidates. * Assist with checking-in of comprehensive exam forms, oral defense forms, etc. * Reviewing of graduation applications, data entry of applicants into EIS, assembling graduation materials for Registrar's Office. * Assist with contacting departments/advisors regarding student graduation issues, graduate commencement/ceremony preparation and other duties as assigned.
