The Admissions Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Student Services Specialist II to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:* The position of Student Services Specialist II manages the processing of prospective student data, inquiries and recruitment correspondence and manages the work of the recruitment processing team. * This position directly supervises 2 full-time and 2 half-time staff members, plus 1 student worker position. * This position creates and modifies Excel macros used in prospect file loads. * This position also identifies and resolves duplicate records, manages recruitment materials and returned mail, assists customers with information requests and works with ITSS staff and the Recruitment Systems Manager to resolve technical issues. * It also ensures that current procedures are documented and staff are properly trained.
