Position Summary:
Given the continuing growth and success of its MBA programs, the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University invites applications for another tenure-track faculty position in Strategic Management with appointment to begin August 2017.

Rank: The rank for the position is open. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, teaching and research record.

This position is eligible for the University's generous benefits package that includes: medical/dental insurance, contribution of 10% of gross base pay from the University in exchange for a mandatory contribution of 1% by the employee, tuition remission, and moving expense reimbursement.

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have earned a doctorate in management or similar field with a specialization in strategy from an AACSB accredited business or management program. The successful candidate will demonstrate the experience or potential to develop and teach MBA courses, and the motivation to pursue scholarly work, independently and collaboratively. We prefer candidates with demonstrated or potential ability to teach the capstone course in strategy. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the experience or potential to teach and/or conduct research in entrepreneurship or launching new ventures. Industry experience is an added plus.
