The Dean of the College is a newly created position that unites the academic and student life functions of Ferrum College under the leadership of one individual who can create and execute complementary, strategic, and synergistic plans that place excellence in teaching, inclusivity, and civic engagement at the center of the student experience. In this role, the Dean of the College is the primary architect of Ferrum’s educational mission.

Required Education:  Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is required.
