Job Description
Serve as the Instruction and Teacher Education liaison to the Office of Grants and Contracts and assist the Office of Instruction and Teacher Education in the College of Education. Responsibilities includes facilitating and managing ITE internal and external grant activities. Work directly with PI to initiate and process expenditure paperwork for ITE grant sponsored projects.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Provides post award administrative support for grants and funded partnerships for ITE. Initiate plans, coordinates and monitors grant productivity and provides administrative support as related to grants, external partnerships and grant accounting. Also includes submitting purchasing and payment requests, requisitions and providing logistical human resource support, travel assistance, and other projects as assigned.

Provides HR support during periods of high volume and help maintain electronic and paper files and databases.

Provides administrative support to ITE as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience, or high school diploma and 6 years related experience; or equivalency.


Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the USC policies, procedures, financial systems, and HR systems preferred.
