Assistant Dean of Students
The Assistant Dean of Students is a member of a dynamic team of individuals in the Office of the Dean of Students. This position serves as a key member of the leadership team in the Division and provides critical service and information to students, parents, faculty, staff, and other college departments.
The Assistant Dean of Students will supervise both our Office of Intercultural and International Life and the Gender and Sexuality Center on campus. Engage with and provide follow-up services to students, faculty, and various stakeholders who contact the Dean of Students Office. They will also serve as a member of College-wide committees on behalf of the Division of Student Life. This position is expected to create and enhance innovative programs and services that will further advance the overall student experience.

The successful candidate has a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience with increasing responsibility at an academic institution of higher education. Preferred qualifications include knowledge and understanding of the residential liberal arts college experience. Ability and experience working in a dynamic and multicultural community.
